1. Keep it clean

2. Be careful when wiping optical components, to make them work in a clean and clean place, the surface of optical components is easy to scratch and brittle. Do not wipe the lamp shell with solution, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the plastic and coated surface.

3. Check the air filter screen regularly, and clean it up if it is blocked.

4. Clean the fans and vents regularly to ensure the cooling effect of the bulbs.

5. Regularly check the appearance of the lamp, whether the shell is installed firmly, and whether the screws are all locked.

2. Wipe the optical components

1. Disconnect the power supply, allow the parts to cool completely, and remove the lamp cover.

2. Use an air gun to blow off dust particles on the surface of the part.

3. Wipe off the dirt on the surface of the element with a colorless soft cloth or cotton swab stained with glass clear liquid or distilled water, do not scratch the surface, and wipe lightly several times.

4. Remove surface soot with colorless paper cotton or cotton swab moistened with industrial alcohol (detergent is limited to: prescribed grade acetone or 90% ethanol). The mirror is fragile, do not use excessive force.

5. Glass cleaner can also be used, but the dirt must be removed with distilled water, gently wiped from the center to the edges with a clean soft cloth or blown off with an air gun.

4. Clean or replace the air filter

5. Replace components

2. Flammable raw materials (alcohol, gasoline, paper) should be kept at least 1 meter away from the lamp body to avoid the high temperature of the lamp surface igniting other flammable materials.

3. The computer moving head lamp is not a non-combustible item, so it is not possible to approach the ignition source for a long time within one meter of the surface.

4. Do not put filters or other items on the 3 lenses in the lamp body.

5. The outer surface of the computer moving head lamp will become very hot during long-term use, so cool to room temperature first when replacing the bulb or other accessories.

6. Do not use accessories that are not approved by the original factory to repair or install lamps.

7. If you use high-efficiency LED light source lamps, please do not change the light source during use.

6. Cleaning and replacement methods of light bulbs
